1. Returns Eligibility: We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at support@theteecode.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the reason for return, and any relevant images if applicable.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us. The Tee Code, LLC is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

4. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@theteecode.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either issue a refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.

7. Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as clearance or sale items, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
